Who I am

Flewidity Ltd (company no. 16615633, registered in England & Wales), based in Kent. Contact: adam@flewidity.com.

What I collect

The details you send via my contact form — your name, email address, current website address, and message. If you become a client, the information needed to build and run your site, and billing details. Payments are handled by Stripe; I do not store your card number.

Why, and my lawful basis

To respond to your enquiry and provide the service. I rely on your consent (for initial contact), the performance of our agreement (for client work), and my legitimate interest in running the business.

Who I share it with

Only with trusted providers who help deliver the service — for example, Stripe for payments, and hosting and email providers. I never sell your information.

How long I keep it

Enquiries that don't proceed are kept for up to 12 months. Client information is kept for the duration of our work together and as long as legal and tax obligations require, then deleted.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct, or delete your information, object to processing, or withdraw consent. Just email adam@flewidity.com. You can also complain to the ICO at ico.org.uk.
